 I think Lui has been a political target of this investigation.  To the extent he is a slimy politician, he's no different than all the other politicians.  We will tap his phones over 10,000 -- but Preet never tapped Quinn's phones over millions of slush funds ?   I think the investigation of Liu shows us that there is prosecutorial misconduct here.  Somebody pretty high wants to take Liu down, maybe bc he would have given Quinn a run for her money in mayor's election ?

John Liu exposed CityTime and ECTP 911 tech corruption bigger than CityTime.  Liu called for criminal investigation on ECTP based on audits.  Where is the investigation.  Liu killed major deals but leading billionaires as well as SAIC that gets bail outs oops contracts from Pentagon and is connected to The White House.

 Rudy Giuliani is alleged to have some same campaign actions as Liu.  We know Bloomberg broke campaign laws and testilied also known as perjury.  Quinn critics believe she has broken campaign laws using NYC gov staff.


 Is John Liu a viable mayoral candidate that could have beaten Quinn so the billionaires and contractors he thwarted have some contacts and are attempting a political hit?
